About

Flamefall is a real time tactics game where you control a squad of four Ember Wardens battling through a haunted forest to reignite ancient fire altars. The action pauses only during fights, letting you plan moves and assign abilities. Each character gains new skills by collecting items that mix automatic attacks with manual commands. You’ll navigate dark woods, ambush enemies, and manage limited resources while uncovering why the flames are dying. The game stands out for its tense pacing and the risk-reward of its ability system. Every item you find alters how you fight, forcing creative combinations to survive waves of eerie creatures. The horror setting feels oppressive, with fog and shadows hiding threats. Though short, the campaign demands precision and teamwork to complete.

Storyline

The Ancient Altars of Flame in the Dark Forest are being extinguished, plunging the land into darkness and awakening the horrors the fire kept at bay - they call it the Flamefall. There used to be many but nowadays only a handful of people are graced with Ignis - the flame spirit. They become Ember Wardens and their mission is vital: Reignite the altars, restore the light and uncover the mystery behind the Flamefall.
