FlixMix is a puzzle game where you reconstruct animated sequences by fitting moving pieces into the right spots. Instead of static images, each puzzle piece contributes to a looping animation, making placement trickier than it looks. Adjust settings like piece count, animation direction, and difficulty boosts such as flipped pieces or time-based erasures. Four modes shift the challenge: take your time in Single Mingle, race against shrinking grids in Scramblecade, compete head-to-head in Joint Venture, or speed-solve in Mix’n’Match. What sets it apart is the blend of timing and spatial logic. Multiplayer modes support up to nine players, turning puzzle-solving into a chaotic group activity. While DOS-era visuals keep the animations simple, the mechanics feel surprisingly modern for 1993. Players who enjoy logic puzzles with a twist of rhythm might find it refreshing, though the steep difficulty spikes could test patience.
