Flying Heroes is a fast paced arena shooter where battles take place on giant flying creatures. Players pick from four clans each with distinct abilities health pools and weapon types. Early on only Lizard Riders and Magion are accessible with Sky Knights and Hammercraft unlocked after completing the career mode. The single player campaign focuses on progressive challenges while the multiplayer mode lets up to eight players clash in competitive dogfights. The game stands out for its straightforward but varied combat system. Each clan offers different playstyles from agile lizard riders to heavy armored craft making matches feel dynamic. Despite its 2000 release the core mechanics remain functional and easy to pick up. Multiplayer lobbies are simple but effective for quick sessions. A small but dedicated community still keeps it alive through online play.
