Food For Pigs is a minimalist management sim where your sole task is to keep a group of pigs well-fed. Developed by Matthew Ager, it strips away complex systems in favor of a looping rhythm of feeding, cleaning, and repeating. The pigs eat, you watch them eat, then you do it all over again. Sparse dialogue and simple visuals let the absurdity of the situation sink in. The game runs on PC and Mac, with no multiplayer options. The charm comes from its deadpan humor and extreme simplicity. While it won't challenge your problem-solving skills, the repetitive routine has a zen-like quality that some find oddly soothing. A small but vocal group of players appreciate the intentional lack of bells and whistles, calling it "agriculture meditation." Others see it as a tongue-in-cheek commentary on game design itself. Either way, it’s a brief, strange experience that leaves an impression.
