You're stranded on a dangerous alien planet in Fragmented. The goal is to survive by scavenging materials, crafting weapons and tools, and upgrading abilities. Combat happens in real time with a focus on shooting and dodging. The world forces you to adapt to environmental threats while managing resources. Play solo or team up with others online. Missions and exploration mix with base-building and tech upgrades. The game balances action and strategy without leaning too hard into either. Its co-op mode lets players share progress and tackle challenges together. Released in 2016 it still holds up for those into survival mechanics with RPG depth. The PC version runs smoothly on mid-range systems. Fragmented’s open-ended approach to progression lets you prioritize combat skills or crafting mastery. No hand-holding means learning curves exist but the flexibility keeps things fresh.
