About

You play as Val, an amateur radio operator obsessed with decoding mysterious number stations. Your search takes you straight into the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone to investigate strange transmissions coming from the Duga radar station. The game focuses on tuning frequencies and listening carefully for clues hidden in static and code. You must piece together fragments of audio to understand what is happening around you while navigating the ruins of the Soviet era. The atmosphere hits hard because you are actually hearing voices from 1986 mixed with the present day. Community members often praise how the sound design builds genuine tension without needing constant action. The puzzle mechanics feel grounded in real radio equipment, which makes solving the mystery feel earned rather than handed to you. It is a short but dense experience that sticks with you long after the final broadcast stops playing.

The search leads him deep into the Chernobyl nuclear plant Exclusion Zone, to the ruins of the Duga station that still echoes the voices of the people from the distant year of 1986 to the present day. Realizing that the anomalous signals might be more than an ordinary broadcast, you will have to unravel the secrets and decipher the whispers that are being transmitted over the radio in order to escape the Exclusion Zone with your life.
