Gakkou no Kaidan: Hyakuyoubako no Fuuin

You play as a student navigating a creepy old school filled with ghosts. The main goal is to exorcise these spirits through turn-based battles. The game also includes a separate Minigame Mode with various short challenges. As you move through different areas of the school you encounter ghosts that trigger battles. Each exorcism progresses the story. The minigames add variety and replayability. While it follows familiar tropes from the Gakkou no Kaidan series the Game Boy Advance version is noted for its compact design and straightforward gameplay. A straightforward entry in a long-running Japanese horror franchise.

Storyline

The game has a Story Mode and a Minigame Mode. In the Story Mode, the player's objective is to exorcize the many ghosts at the old school building, very similar to other Gakkou no Kaidan games. There are monsters and ghosts found while walking through the school, and the player battles with them.
