Galaxy Life is a browser-based strategy MMO where you build and manage a space colony while battling alien threats. You train troops, research tech, and craft gadgets to defend against waves of orange invaders called Starlings. Team up with friends to conquer planets and expand your influence across a shared galaxy. The turn-based combat mixes resource management with tactical planning as you balance defense, exploration, and upgrades. The game originally launched in 2011 but shut down in 2016. Phoenix Network revived it in 2022 with updated systems and ongoing support. Players return to a persistent universe where alliances shape the meta and large-scale conflicts unfold regularly. While the player base remains niche, active communities maintain leaderboards and event-driven goals. The mix of base-building depth and social warfare keeps it running as a dedicated browser staple.
