Gatling Gears drops you into a world where a corporate empire rips apart the planet for profit. You play Max Brawley, a grizzled pilot who battles their forces using a hulking mechanized suit. The third person shooter focuses on rapid-fire combat with plenty of explosions and cover-based tactics. Missions involve pushing through enemy lines or defending key points, with co-op play supporting local and online partnerships. The action stays tight and responsive even during chaotic firefights. The co-op is the real star here, making tough encounters more rewarding with a partner. While the story is simple, the retro-futuristic look and varied mission designs help it stand out.
