Gilligan's Gold is a three-screen platformer where you navigate a mine to collect scattered gold bags. You jump between levels using ladders and lifts while avoiding outlaws that drain your five lives on contact. Drag gold to the top to store it in a movable wheelbarrow, though carrying it slows your movement. A pickaxe lets you dig through yellow walls hiding gold or briefly stun enemies but only works once. Mine carts zip across screens, crash into them and you lose a life, but you can hitch a ride by timing drops from hanging hooks.
