You play as Ford Brody in a first-person shooter RPG where you lead rescue missions in a Godzilla-ravaged San Francisco. The game drops you into the action with a HALO-style sky jump before you navigate collapsing buildings and debris-strewn streets to save civilians. Each mission forces you to balance speed and precision as the city crumbles around you with limited time before the next monster attack. The four-mission campaign feels tight but leans on mobile-friendly mechanics like simplified combat and quick load times. A post-launch update added a fire-trapped rescue level just days before its June 2014 release window closed. While the story follows the film’s beats closely the real hook is the frantic pacing as you scramble through rooftops and subway tunnels to escape the destruction.

Storyline

You play as Ford Brody going into San Francisco to rescue survivors. There are four missions: HALO Jump, Ground Rescue, Trapped by Fire, and Onto the Rooftops. Prior to May 31, 2014, there were only three missions in the game, with Trapped by Fire being added on that day.
