About

Green Hawk Platoon puts you in control of miniature plastic soldiers fighting for territory in everyday rooms like kitchens and backyards. This shooter supports single player runs or teams up with others for cooperative matches and big Battle Royale battles across PC, Xbox, PlayStation, and Switch. You can pilot vehicles, man turrets, or grab a grappling hook to zip between rooftops while your squad handles the ground fight. The game features several soldier classes ranging from snipers to medics, each bringing different tools to the table during intense firefights. The scale shifts constantly as you go from tiny skirmishes to full blown chaos with dozens of players on one map. Players have been praising the way the toy aesthetic fits a fast paced Battle Royale without feeling too silly or out of place. Community feedback highlights how the vehicle options and class variety keep matches fresh even after multiple rounds. It stands out by mixing nostalgic toy vibes with serious shooter mechanics that feel tight and responsive rather than just a gimmick.

Storyline

Ever play with those little green plastic army guys as a kid? Well, so did we. We just wanted to bring these guys back into 2023 and give them a make-over. Yes, there have been a few games out there that feature these little plastic dudes, but we weren't able to find any game with the mechanics we wanted. We wanted a huge, multiplayer Battle Royale with the same feel as other popular franchises in this genre. We've worked hard on getting the mechanics right, and staying true to the Battle Royale feel. Adding tanks, jeeps, helicopters, planes, controllable guns, turrets, parachutes and even grappling hooks and rockets, has really helped enrich the experience. We've also been working hard developing different weapons and classes for each soldier. Riflemen, Snipers, Heavy Machine-gunners, Grenadiers, Medics and Rocket Men are just some of the classes that we're working on!
