"It has been quite some time since I have enjoyed a platformer as much as I have with The Adventure Pals. The zany premise, characters, and colorful cartoon visuals certainly put a smile on my face. Video games are all about having fun, and The Adventure Pals is simply a fun game to play. You earn additional items and upgrade your character as you progress through the 105 different levels in the game. Don't forget to feed the cupcake king and collect wacky customization options. The co-op mechanics is somewhat lackluster, and I would have liked to see that implemented better so that both players and grow their characters."

About

Hamlet: The Text Adventure casts you as Denmark’s brooding prince dealing with family drama and political scheming. You navigate the story through text commands parsing clunky 90s-era syntax while figuring out your father’s murder and your uncle’s treason. The gameplay leans into the slow, deliberate pacing of Shakespearean dialogue mixed with the frustration of early PC interfaces where one typo derails progress. This oddball mashup of Elizabethan tragedy and 286-era tech has earned a cult following among retro gaming fans and lit students with a dark sense of humor. While not a critical darling, its niche charm lies in the absurdity of typing "look under bed" to inspect a ghost’s rants about mortality. The game’s crude mechanics and archaic humor make it more of a historical curiosity than a polished experience but perfect for those who enjoy their classics served with a side of pixelated angst.
