About

Haven Moon is a point-and-click adventure that mixes environmental puzzles with a slow-burn mystery. You play as a stranded figure on the moon Seleos, following cryptic clues from a survivor’s note to uncover hidden islands, decode machinery, and piece together a lost history. The game leans heavily on exploration, with intricate set pieces and logic-based challenges that require careful observation. Sparse dialogue lets the environment tell the story, blending sci-fi curiosity with isolation. The game’s Jules Verne-inspired aesthetic stands out, with brass-and-glass contraptions and Victorian-era sci-fi vibes. While its 2016 release date means it’s often overlooked, fans of methodical puzzle design praise its atmospheric worldbuilding and layered narrative. Minimal combat or time pressure lets players linger, though some find the pacing deliberately slow. A quieter choice for those who enjoy figuring out secrets at their own speed.

Storyline

You are teleported to Seleos, the moon of the planet Menra. In front of you, a metal box opens, and inside, you find a note from Ektor Turren, the only survivor of a cataclysmic event that destroyed his world. In his note, he explains that he wishes to leave you the treasure that he accumulated during his whole life. From that, you’ll have to explore the islands on Seleos to discover who was Ektor Turren, what happened to him and to his world, where to find the treasure and go back home with it…
