After the fall of the angels led by Lucifer and the emergence of Hell, one of the newly minted demons decided to approach the conduct of business in the best traditions of developed capitalism. The name of this businessman was Baphomet, and his first act was the creation of the corporation "Baphomet and Company", the main activity of which was the absorption of other worlds with the subsequent capture of all available resources (primarily souls). This wonderful company was doing just fine: shares were constantly growing in value, dividends were regularly paid, the board of directors skillfully managed the work of the firm... And now the turn finally came to the world called Earth, where a scientist - psychonaut Henry Alfred Cole - had just discovered a way to obtain practically unlimited energy. Only its source was the human soul, and previously separated from the body...
