Hoofobia lets players choose sides in a wild showdown between deer and hunters. On one end you’re a deer using cunning to avoid capture, slipping through forests with stealth and timing to甩 off pursuit. On the other you’re the hunter tasked with tracking and corralling deer before they vanish. Each role demands different tactics, evasion, distraction, or direct confrontation for deer, while hunters rely on positioning and pressure to narrow escape routes. The goal shifts based on your team: survive as prey or secure the catch as predator. What sets it apart is the reversal of typical predator-prey dynamics in multiplayer settings. Instead of straightforward chase, both sides face asymmetric challenges that force adaptive thinking. Deer can’t just outrun threats, they must exploit terrain and mislead pursuers. Hunters can’t rely on brute force alone; success hinges on patience and baiting movements. With no clear advantage given to either role, matches feel balanced yet unpredictable. Released in June 2025, it’s a strategy simulator that turns survival into a mental duel as much as a physical one.
