HopSlide splits into two separate games that play very differently. One half is a tight platformer where timing and physics matter. You hop between moving blocks and slide through narrow gaps. The other is a spatial puzzle game where you shift objects to create paths. Each has its own set of levels and mechanics. Both modes share a minimalist look but offer distinct challenges. The games show off clever level design and a focus on core mechanics. The platformer tests reflexes with precise jumps and sliding. The puzzle section rewards careful planning over trial and error. Daniel Linssen released the package in 2014 as a PC-only single player experience. While the two parts don't connect thematically, each stands on its own as a short but satisfying test of skill.
