Inverse is an asymmetric multiplayer VR game where four players team up as Agents to power control terminals while one player embodies the Nul, a monster hunting them. Agents use walkie-talkies to coordinate, revive fallen allies with defibrillators, and plant mines to slow the Nul. Once terminals are powered, vaults unlock for a push to eliminate the Nul. The monster gains abilities to corrupt, trap, and incapacitate, balancing evasion and aggression. Single-player challenges let you practice tactics and uncover lore through Foundation Logs. What sets Inverse apart is its tense push-and-pull dynamic. The Nul’s supernatural perks and the Agents’ customizable loadouts create high-stakes asymmetry. Storyline

Work together to restore power to the control terminals before time runs out. Communicate with your teammates using walkie-talkies, revive your downed teammates using defibrillators, and slow down the Nul with a trap mine. Once power is restored to all terminals, the weapons vaults are unlocked and it is time to go on the offensive and eradicate the Nul. Unlock additional perks and equipment loadout to customize your gameplay strategy. Power up your attacks to incapacitate the team of Agents to claim victory. Agents will try to slow you down any way they can. Avoid activated trap mines and destroy any locked doors in your path. Your supernatural abilities and perks will help in your hunt; unlock perks and unleash the horror!
