Iron Blood lets you pilot one of two distinct mechs in a side-scrolling action game. Choose the heavily armored RG-104 Cyber-Troll or the faster SG-43 Ripple and battle through stages mixing beat 'em up combat with auto-scrolling shooter sections. The game alternates between close-range brawling and ranged gunplay as you take on the Memento Mori gang. Simple controls focus on quick movement and weapon switching to handle waves of enemies in each level. Released in late 1995 for DOS, the game sticks to classic arcade mechanics without frills.
