Iron Crypticle is a chaotic shooter that mixes arcade-style progression with co-op chaos. Team up with up to three friends to battle through the ancient palace and rescue a princess snatched by a shadowy force. The game leans into its goofy tone with weapon upgrades, magical gauntlets, and optional arcades that let you gamble for health or coins. The game’s offbeat charm comes from its storyline, knights chasing golden food treasures and a cat merchant hawking power-ups. Players can go solo or choose between teamwork and backstabbing for loot. The Atomic Fist and arcade minigames add quirky variety, though the 2017 visuals feel a bit dated.
