"For a game called Just Dance, I often have a hard time just doing anything. Using my very expensive phone in my hand as I flail about is not my idea of a feel-good experience as I am constantly aware and being careful. The bottom line is that if you've been playing and enjoying Just Dance games for years, and now you want to be able to dance around to such classics as "DDU-DU DDU-DU," pick up Just Dance 2019 I guess, and hope the mobile app actually works. If you're new to the series, just find someone on Twitch streaming it and dance along at home."

Just Dance 2019 lets you shuffle, shuffle with 40 tracks spanning pop, K-pop, and retro hits. Use your console’s motion controls to mimic on-screen moves to songs like Havana by Camila Cabello or Bang Bang Bang by BIGBANG. The core loop is simple: follow the arrows, match the rhythm, and earn points based on accuracy. Single-player modes let you practice solo while party-focused options invite friends to compete in head-to-head dances-offs. The game’s broad platform support means it works on everything from Switch to Wii U. Community playlists and a revised control scheme make it easier to join in with minimal setup. Though it lacks major genre reinvention, the tracklist and multiplayer keep it a solid choice for living-room fun. Over 10 million copies sold across the series suggest this entry maintains the formula’s core appeal.
