Players adjust forward speed to navigate hazards and can even ram walls but this risks damage. The fast paced action demands quick reflexes and smart planning to survive. The Mayday slow motion mechanic was notable for its time and offered strategic moments to re position. Crashing into walls adds risk but can disrupt enemies. As an early 1981 title it showcases pioneering control schemes.
