You run a zoo where the animals are humanoid creatures shaped by a mysterious crystal. As keeper of Japari Park, you collect and train animal-humanoid hybrids called Friends to defend against Ceruleans, shapeshifting enemies that hunt your team. Combat uses turn-based mechanics with each Friend’s species-specific abilities. Between battles you upgrade facilities and manage resources to keep the park running. The mobile-friendly design leans into gacha mechanics with new characters dropping regularly. The series built a cult following through its quirky mix of kawaii aesthetics and tactical gameplay. Its 2015 launch on mobile platforms helped popularize the "animal girls" trope in Japan. While not a traditional RPG, the game’s blend of strategy and character collection created a dedicated community. Some Friends like the cat-themed Nyan Nyan Family became fan favorites for their distinct group dynamics. The core loop of battling, building, and collecting remains straightforward but addictive.

Storyline

The zookeeper needs to train various animals who turned into humanoid girls called Friends due to the appearance of an abstract crystal emerging from a volcano which also caused the appearance of creatures that can take the shape of various objects called the Ceruleans/Celliens. Those creatures hunt down Friends to feed on them and also work for the Cerulean's queen like an ant tribe. Those crystals allow the animals of the zoo to stay in their new humanoid form and also developing a unique wild skill. Friends are able to talk fluently human language while still having their animal behaviour. Some lives in groups like the Nyan Nyan Family consisting of mainly cat/feline animals who their leader is the Serval.
