Kharon's Crypt: Even Death May Die is a non-linear dungeon crawler with a retro twist. You play as Kharon a spectral entity trapped in a labyrinthine crypt by a mad king. Navigate shifting corridors and solve environmental puzzles using abilities like flight phasing through walls and stunning foes. The core mechanic lets you possess enemy bodies ride a bat fight as a skeleton or hide in a mimic to overcome challenges. Progress by figuring out the crypts dark history while battling guardians and manipulating the environment. The Game Boy Color-inspired graphics give it a distinct vintage feel that complements its eerie atmosphere. Possession-based gameplay adds strategic depth requiring players to adapt tactics as they experiment with different hosts. With a 4.2/5 average on indie platforms fans praise its clever level design and tight controls. Available on PC Switch and Linux it’s a concise but satisfying experience that blends exploration and action in under 10 hours.
