Kine follows three quirky mechanical creatures trying to make it in a stylized urban environment. Players manipulate their movements to solve spatial puzzles that let them navigate stages and interact with objects. Each character has distinct abilities that shift how they approach obstacles. Progression feels like a slow burn as you piece together how their skills overlap. The puzzles grow more complex but stay rooted in simple physics. The game’s visual design leans into bold colors and exaggerated shapes that feel like a stage set. Music and sound effects shift with your actions creating a dynamic soundtrack. It launched in late 2019 across multiple consoles and PC. While puzzle sections can feel repetitive at times the evolving relationships between the three main characters add quiet charm. Single player only.
