Konae-chan no Doki-doki Penguin Kazoku is a simple yet tricky platformer where you guide Konae across floating glaciers to reach the other side of a frozen lake. The goal is to jump from one ice chunk to another while collecting as many penguins as possible. Falling into the water ends the run so timing and precision matter more than speed. Each level escalates the challenge with tighter gaps and faster-moving hazards. The score depends entirely on how many penguins you rescue before a slip-up forces a restart. This 1996 title was exclusive to Japan's Satellaview service a short-lived add-on for the Super Famicom. Its premise ties directly to a radio show character Konae which adds a quirky charm but the gameplay stands on its own as a test of reflexes. The lack of modern updates means it remains a niche curiosity but fans of old school arcade mechanics might find the brevity and difficulty refreshing.
