You’ll navigate the backrooms’ shifting floors while fending off unknown threats, balancing gunplay with environmental puzzles. Each level mixes scavenged resources, stealth, and sudden combat as you search for a way out. Cooperative modes let you rely on teammates for cover, but trust your instincts, every corner hides new dangers. Set in a remote Alaskan facility, the game leans into eerie isolation with its design. The elevator system feels like a character itself, dragging you deeper into its maze. While still fresh for October 2024, early playtests hint at tight multiplayer synergy and a runtime that stretches around 10-12 hours. No flashy lore dumps, just a straightforward mission to survive, with RPG elements letting you adapt your approach as things go sideways.

Storyline

The United States military has been notified about civilians and research groups going missing within what they call "the backrooms". A highly classified entrance into this mysterious complex has been found in an old abandoned building located in Northern Alaska. Enter and explore the complex using a strange and unknown elevator. Go down alone or with your team to search multiple floors of the backrooms for answers and escape with your life!
