Little Nemo: The Dream Master is a side-scrolling platformer that drops you into a bizarre, candy-colored world where logic is optional. You play as a kid navigating wild, shifting environments by hopping on creatures like frogs, gorillas, and moles. Feeding them candy lets you ride them through levels that twist and warp like a half-remembered naptime dream. The goal is simple: reach Nightmare Land to free the king of dreams from a rival baddie. Levels mix environmental puzzles, basic combat, and surreal set pieces that feel like they were drawn by someone chewing crayons and daydreaming. The game stands out for its unhinged creativity. Each level is a chaotic collage of floating platforms, goofy enemies, and absurd physics, all tied together by a loose “save the king” quest. While not as polished as modern 2D platformers, the charm of its warped imagination and the mechanics of switching between creatures keeps it from feeling dated. It’s a relic of the early ’90s that treats video games like a place where anything can happen, and often does.
Journey to a Land of Wonder! Little Nemo receives a royal invitation to visit the castle in Slumberland. IS he dreaming? It seems the princess is looking for a new playmate. When he arrives he is told that King Morpheus has been kidnapped. Nemo sets off on a wild adventure to rescue the good King and restore peace to the land. Anything can happen in this realm of imagination. Little Nemo even learns how to get a ride from the local creatures so he can pass through the roughest parts of Slumberland. • Spectacular graphics bring a dreamworld to life! • Launch a candy attack against the scarier creatures of Slumberland. • Rescue the King of good dreams and thwart the Master of Nightmares.
