Manhattan Dealers is a side-scrolling beat 'em up where you play a no-nonsense vigilante on a mission to purge the streets. In nine static screens, you punch, kick, and chain combos through waves of punks, ninjas, and henchmen. Each enemy defeated drops drugs you carry to the edge of the map, where burning them refills your health. The loop repeats with tougher foes in subsequent screens, all while your health depletes over time. Combat is raw and punchy, relying on quick timing and positioning to survive. The game’s simple setup feels lean and urgent, with no complex systems or power-ups. Its retro aesthetic and unrelenting difficulty make it a throwback to early arcade sensibilities.
