Mannequin is a VR multiplayer game where two players take on three. One side controls Agents armed with scanners and pulse weapons hunting shape-shifting aliens. The other side plays Mannequins who turn into statues to lurk and strike. When a Mannequin touches an Agent they get immobilized. The hunted become hunters in sudden reversals. Players must read environments carefully. Glitchy movement and false positives make every decision risky. Matches end when one team is eliminated. The game thrives on nerve-wracking tension. Its simple mechanics create high stakes without complex systems. SteamVR and Meta Quest 2 support means the close quarters combat feels intensely physical. Early playtests show it's addictive for small groups looking for short but sharp sessions. No fancy story or open worlds here, just a battle of deception and reflexes. Launches September 2024.
