Medabots Infinity is a turn-based action RPG for GameCube that blends robot battles with anime-inspired storytelling. You control customizable robot fighters called Medabots, engaging in grid-based combat against rivals in a mix of single-player campaigns and split-screen multiplayer matches. The game emphasizes team-building and strategy as you upgrade your bots with weapons and abilities, facing off in arenas that range from city streets to futuristic labs. Secret unlocks add extra incentive for series fans. Playing the older Game Boy Advance titles Metabee and Rokusho grants exclusive Medabots like Arcbeetle and Mega-Emperor, which aren’t available otherwise. Several characters from the original Medabots anime also appear, tying the game to its animated roots.
