Meteor Blasters is a fast paced space shooter where you pilot one of six ships through waves of incoming asteroids. Each craft has distinct handling and upgrades letting you swap between rapid fire, heavy hulls or speed focused builds. The action stays chaotic whether you're blasting rocks alone or teaming up with three friends in co op. Power ups let you chain together explosive combos while the simple controls keep the focus on quick reflexes and positioning. The game shines in multiplayer where friends can clash in competitive versus modes or combine firepower to tackle tougher waves. With over 2000 hours tracked on Steam by some players the tight loop of dodging debris and upgrading weapons proves addictive. The retro inspired visuals and audio keep things light making it easy to jump into a quick session or get lost in longer matches. PC only but the local and online options offer solid flexibility for different play styles.
