About

Mina & Michi is a 2D co-op adventure where you guide two characters through seasonal environments filled with puzzles and squishy enemies. Play alone by switching between Mina and her companion Michi or team up locally in split-screen mode. Each level features collectible items that boost stats or unlock new paths while seasonal shifts alter terrain and challenge setups. Combat focuses on dodging and using basic weapons rather than complex mechanics letting you focus on exploration and teamwork. The game’s charm lies in its colorful art style and flexible co-op options that work just as well for solo play as they do with a friend. Seasons aren’t just aesthetic changes they actively reshape puzzle solutions and enemy behavior keeping the experience fresh. Released in 2020 it runs on nearly every major platform including Switch and newer consoles. While not particularly deep the straightforward design and cute visuals make it a solid pick for casual sessions.

Storyline

Mina is a girl who loves her best friend, Michi. She also loves adventures and doesn’t like gelatine! Together with Michi, they travel throught wonderful and colorful places passing by all seasons, defeating evil gooey enemies and solving puzzles. To help them on their journey, they will find some very rare and useful items, some of them are magic! Others gives Mina and Michi more health and strength, and even others grants them special abilities to help them reach new places and being successful on their task. You’ll be able to play controlling both characters (Mina and Michi) at the same time, using both sicks, or in local co-op mode, playing with a friend.
