Mining Mechs lets you pilot a hulking robot through underground tunnels in search of loot. You dig, collect minerals, and use them to tweak your mech's abilities to tackle tougher terrain. The controls feel responsive and the level design leans into clever jumps and timing. It plays like a lighthearted mix of resource management and platforming with a focus on quick, repeatable loops. The game supports up to eight players online, turning mining into a chaotic group effort. Each match lasts around five to eight hours, making it a bite-sized distraction. Delayed Victory and Eastasiasoft released it on October 27, 2023, across major platforms including Switch and PS5. While the single-player mode is straightforward, the co-op adds a layer of teamwork that makes the experience more engaging.
