Mixture is a VR adventure where you switch between two characters to solve puzzles and battle enemies. As a wandering alchemist and a disgraced knight, you alternate between crafting potions, hacking foes, and navigating crumbling environments. The game uses first and third person controls for each character letting you fling spells from one perspective while platforming from another. Combat mixes melee swings with alchemical explosions while boss fights demand timing and resource management. The barren landscapes and moody lighting create a bleak but vivid world to explore. The dual-control mechanic stands out as a core part of the gameplay loop rather than a gimmick. Switching characters mid-fight or puzzle adds strategic depth that plays well in VR. While some puzzles feel repetitive and boss mechanics can be unclear the shifting perspectives keep the experience fresh.
