More Toast turns your iPhone into a fully functional kitchen appliance. You select from nine different bases like bagels, waffles, or cinnamon raisin bread and push the lever to start browning. The app handles the sound effects and lets you dial the heat from light to dark for either one or two slices at a time. It even burns a photo directly onto your bread if you want something extra personalized before it pops up. The real fun happens after cooking when you add toppings from a massive list of over 100 options. You can slather on peanut butter, drizzle syrup, or pile on bacon and eggs to build a full meal. Maverick Software includes features to snap a picture of your creation, make a sandwich, or even simulate eating it. The team behind this project previously made More Cowbell, so the quality control is already there for this silly yet surprisingly detailed virtual cooking tool.
