You're stuck running a war-torn hospital in this tense adventure game. The government’s thrown you into managing a flood of wounded civilians as state forces struggle to hold off advancing militia. Every decision feels urgent as you balance scarce resources, triage priorities, and avoid getting fired for failing your duties. The pressure mounts as days pass and reinforcements never arrive. The grim setting and constant threat of consequences create a uniquely stressful atmosphere. With no combat to distract, the game focuses on survival through difficult choices. Storyline

A large militia force sent from the Beshkazstine terrorist organization has advanced into the city of Uthania. The State has deployed the Battery Forces which are expected to arrive in 3 days. The State soldiers currently positioned in Uthania are expected to hold them back until the reinforcements arrive. Civil war has arrived in Uthania. The "Ms. Squeaker's Home for the Sick" children's hospital has been converted overnight by the government to accommodate the flood of wounded and dying civilians. You will maintain your job at the hospital, but will now be processing the patients of war. Do not let the State down, or risk termination from this position.
