My Grandfather's Farm

You inherit a run down farm and a handful of tools. Your goal is to revive it through farming animals crops and managing resources. Seasons shift so timing harvests matters. You trade with villagers upgrade land and stables and care for livestock from cows to chickens. Exploration adds depth with a mine to loot and quests to complete. Customization lets you tweak your character’s look as you work. The game blends simulation with light RPG elements. Managing a self sustaining farm requires planning but the optional quests and mining break up routine tasks. While not as polished as newer entries in the genre it offers a cozy slower paced experience. Released in 2018 it runs on PC and focuses on single player progression. The village interactions and seasonal cycles add variety but the core loop is straightforward farming and expansion.
