My Little Investigations is a fan-made mystery game where you play as Twilight Sparkle solving a jewel heist in Ponyville. The story begins when Rarity’s prized sapphire and cat go missing pointing fingers at Scootaloo. You gather clues through point-and-click exploration, solve puzzles, and make dialogue choices to prove her innocence before authorities take action. The gameplay leans on Ace Attorney-style investigation mechanics with visual novel-style scenes and branching dialogue options. The game stands out for its deep integration of My Little Pony characters and setting which fans find charming and authentic. Though only the first case was completed its detailed script and character interactions earned it a dedicated following on the Equestrian Dreamers site. Released in 2014 it remains a niche but polished example of fan creativity with over 1000 positive reviews from the MLP community. The canceled sequel Case 2 still lingers as a talking point among players curious about what might have been.

Storyline

Rarity's prized jewels: The True Blue (a gorgeous blue shining gemstone) along with Opal (her cat) and it's up to the element of magic: Twilight Sparkle to find the culprits before the incompetent investigation team from Canterlot convicts one of the CMC as the thief and takes her away.
