"Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 should feel like a love letter to longtime fans, who will adore the enormous roster of 61 characters and breathtakingly beautiful visuals. On the other hand, the game shouldn't be counted out for newcomers, either; while they might not enjoy the hackneyed shonen story elements or lack of tutorials, they'll almost assuredly get a kick out of the hyperactive and highly variable fighting style. CyberConnect2 President Hiroshi Matsuyama said he wanted the game to be built with a long life in mind, and if you're into this brand of no-holds-barred insanity, that's exactly what you'll get out of it."

Naruto Ultimate Ninja 2 is a fast-paced fighting game where you control iconic ninja from the series to battle in anime-style matches. Choose from over 30 characters each with distinct moves and abilities and fight across 16 themed stages. The single-player mode includes 60+ missions a story campaign and a mode called Ultimate Road that adds new objectives and an unlockable original narrative. Compete locally with friends or test your skills in arcade modes while earning rewards to unlock costumes techniques and new characters. The game stands out for its deep roster and progression system letting players customize their experience with earned currency and ranked challenges. Mini-games and side missions add variety beyond the core combat. Though dated by today’s standards its blend of series lore and fighting mechanics made it a hit among fans when it launched in 2004. The PlayStation 2 version remains the most complete edition with all post-launch content included.
