No Limite is a 2D adventure game with visual novel elements that features chaotic puzzle-solving. You explore a world filled with collectible items most of which don’t help you progress. The puzzles often feel more about frustration than fun especially when you’re carrying around tools that do nothing. A recurring joke involves a jaguar repeatedly attacking a contestant from the titular show adding a bizarre layer of absurdity to the proceedings. The game’s biggest draw is its deliberate confusion. While some players might find the point-and-click mechanics maddening others will appreciate the intentionally offbeat design. The mix of useless items and obtuse challenges creates a surreal experience that’s hard to categorize. With a small but vocal player base already debating its meaning No Limite isn’t for everyone but leaves a strong impression. It’s out now on Game Boy and web browsers.
