"Never Alone is one of those games I want everyone I know to be able to play. It's a really great example of the good that video games can do in the world, and of the artform they really are. Anyone can play it, everyone would find something to enjoy about it, you can play it with a friend, and non-gamers would even enjoy watching you play due to the intermittent documentary clips and the beautiful art style. The future of gaming looks even more exciting due to Never Alone's existence. If this is an indication of more to come, I can't wait to participate in other cultures and stories from around the world in an interactive art form."

Noalone follows Noa, a child navigating the quiet chaos of a fractured home life. The game skips combat and action for a slow, story-driven experience where you explore a dim apartment and piece together moments of tension and silence. Plastiboo uses sparse dialogue and mundane settings to build an emotional core around loneliness and strained family bonds. The lack of traditional gameplay means the focus stays on atmosphere and subtle character beats. The game’s strength lies in its restraint. Short but deliberate, Noalone leans into empty spaces and half-finished conversations to create unease. Its black-and-white visuals and minimalist sound design amplify the sense of isolation. While brief, the experience lingers, with players often noting how the quiet moments feel like a raw, unfiltered slice of life. It’s not a game for everyone but resonates strongly with those who seek narrative over spectacle.
