Storyline

These were the mysterious words that a little girl who has never been “outside”, heard in her dreams. The next day, the doctor tells her that she will be going outside of this facility. However, the "Outside World" that she was thrown into was a high-rise area that has gone to ruin... Why was the little girl sent "outside"? Exactly "where" is this world that has turned into "ruin"? And what do the words she heard in the dream mean? As she is tossed around between the people who want to protect her and the people who want to take her away, the little girl begins to learn to stand on her own two feet.
