Oriental Legend 2 is a four-player co-op beat-em-up that mixes fast-paced brawling with character progression. Players choose from eight fighters, including three new additions, and battle through scrolling stages filled with enemies from Journey to the West. Combat emphasizes timing and teamwork, with moves like acrobatic kicks and elemental attacks. As characters earn experience points by defeating foes, they level up to handle tougher challenges. Three modes offer varied playstyles: a story-driven campaign, a ranking-focused mode with online leaderboards, and a timed boss rush. The game’s progression system stands out, forcing players to balance character growth with difficulty spikes in later stages.
