Outcast in Mars casts you as a robot tasked with tracking down human souls trapped on a desolate Martian server farm. A shadowy social network called Holocordio uploaded the consciousnesses of its users just before the collapse leaving you to navigate crumbling infrastructure and moral dilemmas. Exploration puzzle solving and resource management take center stage as you piece together the truth behind the network’s motives. The game’s strongest hook is its twisted blend of sci-fi survival and existential horror. The premise of digitized souls and a corporation profiting from humanity’s extinction adds layers to the post-apocalyptic setting. While combat remains minimal the emphasis on dialogue choices and ethical tradeoffs creates a tense atmosphere. Storyline

The Heymll 3.7 model robot is activated on the surface of the planet Mars with the mission of finding the souls of all humans that have been transferred to the server hosted on the planet. Souls belong to users of the sinister social network known as the Holocordio. Holocordio uploaded the souls of users connected to the network shortly before a zombie apocalypse occurred that killed 98% of the earth's population. This is the premise of the introduction of this adventure.
