PacMan2 is a portable arcade game that shrinks the classic maze-chase formula into a pocket-sized LCD screen. Players guide a hungry character through grids of dots, outmaneuvering pixelated enemies with a rotating dial. The 1981 release from Entex offers single-player runs or head-to-head matches, turning simple mechanics into quick bursts of competitive fun. Released as HungryPac in Japan, it predates many handheld gaming staples. While the screen is small and the graphics basic, its charm comes from replicating the original's tense chase dynamics in a portable form. A later cartridge version joined the Select-A-Game line, but the handheld remains a curious footnote in early arcade adaptations.
