Party Wave is an action surfing game where you manage a group of surfers through fifty stages. You start by paddling to position your team on the breaking wave while dodging obstacles like dolphins and turtles. Once the wave hits, you switch to controlling their movements to steer and jump, which keeps them from wiping out. The cast includes a board-riding dog named Skip, three mermaid sisters who offer help, and Hiso Alien for bonuses. Bonus stages and an Arcade mode add extra play time beyond the main campaign. The game feels fast because you are constantly switching between paddling and surfing to keep the group together. Mistwalker focuses on the timing required to make sharp turns mid-air without losing your crew. Community members seem to enjoy the variety of characters and the simple touch controls that drive the action. The challenge comes from managing multiple surfers at once rather than just one rider.
