Pass the Punch is a chaotic beat ’em up where you play as Rush and three distinct allies fighting to save their city from corporate takeover. Each character, like Rush, a boxer with lightning-fast jabs, or Claud, a LARPer who becomes a frenetic warrior, has moves tied to their daily lives. Battle kooky enemies from sentient hot sauce bottles to dancing mirror balls in a vibrant, neon-soaked world. Play solo with an AI partner or team up locally for two-player brawls. The core hook is chaining attacks between characters to trigger the “pass the punch” ultimate, which shifts based on who joins in. What stands out is the zany creativity in both characters and foes, paired with deep combo systems that reward experimentation. The local co-op adds replayability, and with leaderboards, hidden challenges, and unlockable content, there’s plenty to dig into. Out since 2020, it’s available on PS4, PC, Xbox One, Switch, and iOS.
