Pokémon Steam is a fan-created RPG where you play as the child of a legendary Champion, striving to claim the title yourself. Set in the Exodius region, the game tasks you with battling through gyms, collecting creatures, and navigating a story steeped in Pokémon lore. Combat follows traditional turn-based mechanics while exploration focuses on discovering new monsters and figuring out regional mysteries. The single-player campaign emphasizes classic trainer rivalries and creature customization. The game's narrative introduces a new threat tied to Arceus and a dimensional enemy that reshaped the world. Developer Ré-Création crafted this project as a tribute to the series, blending familiar systems with original content. Released in 2020 for PC, it carries a small but dedicated following. While not officially sanctioned, its ambition and scope reflect deep knowledge of Pokémon's mythos. Storyline

During the world creation, Arceus - god of Pokémons - was attacked by a "dimensional Pokémon", severely injuring it in one blow. To face this terrible threat, Arceus called Palkia, Dialga and Giratina as reinforcements. After a fierce fight, the four legendary Pokémons had just enough strength to stand up to this mysterious Pokémon. They miraculously managed to force him back into his dimension. Arceus later realized that it was he who attracted this dimensional Pokémon, probably because he was the most powerful one in this universe. He then locked himself in his own dimension so as not to be threatened anymore. But among the inhabitants born from the creation of Arceus, a high-ranking person remembered the existence of the dimensional Pokémon. He had only one desire: to seize its power by any means possible. As the child of the League Champion, you will traverse and explore the Exodius region, pit your strength against its Gym Leaders, face the current Champion and become the most powerful trainer the region will ever know!
