Police 911 casts you as a cop chasing gangsters in Tokyo's neon-soaked Shinjuku district. Using a light gun and camera, you duck, weave and take cover by moving your body. The system tracks your position to let you dodge bullets and peek around corners. The slow-moving enemies and on-foot tactics make it a physical challenge more than a fast reflex test. Developed by Konami in 2000, this arcade shooter was among the first to use full-body motion tracking. Though ahead of its time, the cover system remains a standout feature. Niche but praised for its creative use of hardware, it's a curiosity for fans of early motion control experiments.
